The original aim of establishing the company was to solve industrial and scientific problems using digital techniques. The CAL2K/CAL3K bomb calorimeter systems are the most advanced fully automatic "dry" jacket isothermal bomb calorimeter systems available today. A quality product which produces accurate results. The calorimeters can operate as either a stand alone unit or via a PC. The cooler reduces the temperature of a fired vessel by having its hot junction of the peltier elements cooled down by a continuous trickle of mains water supply. The CAL2K filling station fills the vessel with oxygen at 3000 KPa (3MPa) at a controlled pace, so as not to disturb the sample inside the crucible. The vessel is the heart of the calorimeter system. It has an isothermal design with a microprocessor in its base. The vessel also has a number of temperature sensors within its cylindrical walls, ensuring absolute accuracy. The CAL2K bomb calorimeters with their easy maintenance and compact size are a must for any calorimetry application. The new CAL3K-AP Calorimeter introduces automatic oxygen filling, self-help features, an improved air cooler and a bayonet vessel, improving on its predecessor, the CAL2K. Each calorimeter is tested before leaving the CAL3K factory, and distributed through our dealer network locally and internationally. The NEW operating mode, called ISOBATIC, combines the benefits of either isothermal or adiabatic calorimetry methods, which aids the speed and accuracy of each analytical sample determination. Why choose a waterless system? It requires no water and no stirrer, allowing for improved heat conduction, reduced cost, low maintenance and equalized temperature measurement.
