Our ongoing relationships with portfolio owners include national retail and hospitality chains; a multibillion-dollar equity firm; and one of the largest international property management companies in the world. Our achievements in the commercial energy space have been recognized nationally through awards from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), the State of California, and some of the largest investor-owned utilities (IOUs). Ecology Action has received this recognition because we are one of the few nonprofits in this space and are driven by our nonprofit mission to serve the community and the environment.
